Careers.

We feel that the work should be valued and though we do take uni interns, we prefer to have paid internships rather than unpaid.

Here at Insight we’re a small, extremely collaborative and creative team. No day is the same, and that’s one of the things our employees love most about working with us. We have clients in a variety of industries and sectors making for lots of exciting projects to work on, and a team full of design, marketing and web gurus who will always be on hand to support you.

The majority of our team work from home, but we have an office in Leicester City Centre that is always open for our team to utilise as they wish. We come together in the office on a monthly basis for brainstorming sessions and most importantly, a delicious lunch together!

Every member of our team is a great asset to us, and we value each and every individuals input and opinions.

Please include your CV, covering letter outlining who you are, the role you’re looking for and what you’d bring to the team. Any relevant portfolio or case studies of work where applicable.

Please sign up to our jobs bulletin to receive any new opportunities by email.

We’ll interview by phone or in person. If successful at the interview stage, you might be asked to come in for a test day so we can get to know you and the way you work.

Please drop us an email at hr@insightconsultancy.co.uk and we’ll be in touch as soon as we can.

At Insight we are extremely supportive of one another. We love to see our employees grow and progress in their roles, and even explore other skills they desire. Whether you want to progress into a management role, or even learn a new skill, we will support you in your journey.

If you join our team and ever feel that your journey with Insight has come to an end, we will always support you in your transition into a new job. We nurture all our employees to ensure that they possess the required knowledge and passion to thrive in whatever career they may choose in the future. Many past Insight employees have gone on to have extremely successful and rewarding careers at well-known companies such as Next and the BBC.
